Moe helped service our furnace. It hadn't been serviced since we purchased our home. It's been a long time. He went over what he would do before doing the service and when he completed he went over what he did and suggestions for the future.He helped clean out the furnace and looked over any issue points and educated me on maintaining the furnace.I had asked about our on-demand boiler service and he made a suggestion based on its recent installation to wait based on how new it was.Excellent service. Very professional.

Mohammad has been one of the nicest trades I have had the opportunity to meet and work with for multiple projects! He is honest and and expert with high level of professionalism. His employees are also super professional and to the point. I think it is so important to work with someone with good work ethics when it comes to air conditioning and boilers etc since most people like myself don’t have the expertise and can be screwed over very easily! He speaks the truth and doesn’t turn a blind eye on things he sees done wrong. He brought a rusted connector that was impacting our hot water to my attention and changed it. If he had not picked that out, we were drinking rust contaminated water for years to come!! I totally recommend Belcarra Mechanical!

Amazingly fast, courteous and patient with all of our questions. It is always nice to support small businesses but when the business is located in your community and is heads and shoulders above all the others in the field, it's even better!During the last Family Day holiday, our furnace stopped working. I contacted Mo from Belcarra Mechanical and even though it was a holiday and he was going to spend the day with his family, he came over to diagnose the problem. It turned out the water condenser for the heater had stopped causing the furnace to shut down. Given that it was a holiday, Mo said that he wouldn't be able to get a replacement that day but in the meantime he would bypass the system and use the garden hose to drain the water down our driveway (he is a mechanical engineer by training). He got the heater working again and said that he would get a replacement the following day and have it replaced within a day or so.Unfortunately, a few hours later we again lost heat and I messaged Mo to let him know. He phoned back almost immediately and tried to trouble shoot the problem of he water not draining over the phone. He then said that he would phone around to his friends in the business to see if he could locate a new replacement pump. Later that afternoon, Mo called to say that he had located one and that he would go and pick it up and could come by after dinner to install it. He came that evening, installed the water condenser and got us warm and cosy again.As far as we are concerned, Mo went over and above to ensure that we had a working furnace given the cold in February. He took time away from his family, worked on the problem for an entire day, visited twice and made sure that we had a comfortable Family Day holiday. I cannot recommend him enough and will tell anybody that needs heating or air conditioning work done to contact him. The bill was extremely reasonable and he didn't even charge for his time needed to drive and pick up the unit from his friend. Mo is an extremely caring person that will go out of his way to serve his customers. He runs an exceptional business and is deserving of his 5 star reputation!

I have been highly impressed by Moe's knowledge, professionalism, and level of customer service. I initially found his business card in my parents' building and took a picture of it just in case. It turned out to be a wise decision. When I called Moe to have a look at my parents' fireplace and perform the annual maintenance, he responded promptly and arrived quickly to provide the service. The work he completed met my expectations for a job well done, so I decided to book him for the service of my own fireplace, which I hadn't initially planned for this year. I am delighted that I made that choice. Firstly, it was long overdue, and besides, he did an outstanding job. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation I had with Moe while he was working. Mo and his team were incredibly professional and completed a new heat pump installation in record. Even though there was another part that had failed in our system that was not in scope to replace, they raced over to their supplier to get the part and complete the installation the day before we were handing over the keys to the buyers of our house. Honestly don't call anyone else. Furnace went during -11 temperatures and Mo came through for us big time. Other places had 10 day waiting lists or were charging double time during regular business hours but Mo came same day and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He repaired our gas fireplace to boot so we would have heat overnight while he found the part to fix our furnace. Timely, respectable, knowledgable, good pricing and genuinely cares about his clients. I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible.

Moh is very professional, friendly, and pleasant. I am feeling great about our decision to go with Belcarra Mechanical for our furnace repair and maintenance. He was knowledgeable, punctual and responsible for the job. After the routine maintenance something else happened to the furnace and I called him at 10 night and he solved the problem at 10:30 same night! Unbelievable that he just came at that time of the night and insisted in solving the issue for me. Mohammad did regular maintenance on my gas fireplace. He was on time, respectful on my home and courteous. He opened the fireplace checking that all the connections were good, lit the pilot light, did some touch-up paint on metal parts to freshen up the interior look. Mohammad ensured that all the glass was clean inside and out before reassembling the fireplace. Mohammad tested the fireplace several times to ensure that it started properly but also shut down properly before leaving. I will be reaching out to him again for the next maintenance call
